Time Protection Policy

This policy applies if you have completed a consultation and your organization is pursuing an Employment Partnership with VirtForce. This policy exists to protect VirtForce from investing time and resources unproductively.

You acknowledge your intent to work with VirtForce and that VirtForce is actively performing work for your organization such as: a scope call, vetting VirtForce Staff, requesting sample materials, proceeding with contract negotiations, requesting contract modifications, arranging referral evaluations, or any other similar activity.

You are not billed for such services unless you cancel or abandon partnership efforts. If you choose to cancel or abandon your interest for any reason after work has been performed for your organization you submit to be billed in the amount of $300 per hour for time and services rendered. Invoices are due upon receipt.

Contract Review and Modification Policy

This policy applies for Employment Partners pursuing a legal agreement with VirtForce. This policy exists to protect VirtForce from accumulating exorbitant legal fees that disrupt the viability of an employment partnership.

All VirtForce contracts have been developed and written by our Employment Law Esq. from Taylor English Duma. Should your organization request significant contract modifications that require our Attorney's review, research or time, your organization submits to legal fees. You will be notified in advance when a request or modification needs the attention of our Attorney. You will have the opportunity to retract your request or proceed with the effort. Legal fees are $600 per hour. Invoices are due upon receipt and apply whether or not the contract is fully executed.
